This listing is for ONE SUPER HEAVY (2.5") STRENGTH BAND, which is most commonly associated with powerlifting, assisted dips, and general strength training. This particular band is generally NOT recommended for assisted pull-ups. Due to the level of resistance, this band is not easy to pull down to secure under a foot or knee. You would instead have to use a ladder, chair, step, or plyo box in order to step into the band for pull-ups.
